Exchange Eligibility
Products are eligible for exchange only under the following conditions:
Product damaged during transit
Manufacturing defect
Size exchange (subject to availability)
Product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags and packaging intact
Courier charges for size exchange: ₹100 (to be paid by the customer)
Non-Exchange / Non-Cancellation Conditions
Exchange or cancellation requests will not be accepted if:
The issue is not reported within 48 hours of delivery
The product is used, washed, altered, damaged, or missing original tags or packaging
The order has already been shipped (orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch)
